A pregnant student has the right to stay in her regular public school.
A public school may NOT force you to participate in special programs for pregnant or parenting students. You cannot be forced to attend an alternative school or program just because you are pregnant or a parent.
If you choose to go to an alternative school or join a special program for pregnant and parenting students, your education in the special program MUST be of the same quality as the education you would receive in your regular school.
