To file a case: Forms 2A (application) and 2B (verification page) Take these forms with you to the hearing: 2D (order form), 2F (fee order) To postpone your hearing: 2C If the court does not rule by 5 p.m. the 2d business day after you file: 2E If you need an interpreter: 2H To appeal if you lose: 3A To postpone an appeal: 3B If the Court of Appeals does not rule by 5 p.m. on the 2d business day after you file: 3D To appeal to the Texas Supreme Court if you lose in the Court of Appeals: 4A
