Legal Process - Judicial Bypass Forms

Below are the forms to be used in judicial bypass proceedings in Texas.

These forms have been posted for the convenience of the attorneys.  If you are seeking a judicial bypass, you should meet with an attorney before going to court.  Please review the information on the web site about obtaining a judicial bypass and then call the Jane's Due Process legal hotline at 1-866-www-jane or 1-866-999-5263 to obtain an attorney.

The clerk's office should have these forms available. However, it will speed up the process if you arrive with form 2A completed and with form 2B completed and notarized.  It will also help the judge if you take copies of 2D and 2F with you to the hearing in case the judge does not have a form available.

You can download the forms below by clicking on the links or right-clicking on the links and saving a copy to your desktop.

Please complete this questionnaire before meeting with a Jane's Due Process attorney.
