Welcome to Jane's Due Process

Jane's DUE PROCESS (JDP) is a non-profit organization that serves as an information and advocacy center promoting fair and equal access for Texas teenagers seeking legal services in order to make a reproductive choice.

Our goal is to have every pregnant teen know that she has a right to seek legal help, be treated with respect and sensitivity by those who work in the legal system, and participate in legal proceedings where everyone is interested in following the law.

If you have additional questions after reading through this website, or want help in obtaining legal representation for you (the pregnant teenager) regarding a judicial bypass waiver, emancipation petition, or protective order, call our toll-free 24-hour hotline at 1-866-www-jane.
